On Saturday, May 2, we were most fortunate to have Mark Matthews from HNTB, Urban Design & Planning of San Antonio , speak at our Quarterly POWC-SPI Meeting.  He is the Project Director for the Gulf Blvd. Enhancement Project.   The POWC-SPI Board of Directors requested that I send out the Gulf Blvd. Enhancement Project Slides that were presented at our meeting as well as the meeting the Town of South Padre Island held on Monday, April 27.  Click here to see the slides from that presentation.

POWC-SPI is requesting its membership to become actively involved in this project in order to insure that this project addresses the concerns of all of our members.    The next meeting for the Gulf Blvd. Enhancement Project will be held at Town SPI City Hall on Monday, May 18, 2009, 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
