Property Owners Who Care - South Padre Island is an organization based on South Padre Island. Our purpose is to protect the interests of property owners of South Padre and the environment and parks of the island. This very special part of the Gulf Coast is home to a unique group of citizens and a wonderful quality of life. It is our goal to preserve, protect, educate and ensure that quality of life remains secure for the property owners of South Padre Island.
